[Sca-cooks] Was persona - now Bread

I have a developing persona as well. The Caid Pentathlon has an entry for persona.
My Persona Bio actually helped me a with a job opportunity.  SCA skills are difficult to put on a resume, but when asked to write a bio I used a revised version of my CA bio.

LOL I know.  I'm just the type who likes everything in a neat little package.

I like the fact that I can have whatever "story" I want for my persona... I've 
always been obsessed with cooking and all aspect of it, so being able to infuse 
my persona with the same obsession makes my SCA life a lot of fun.

I'm actually doing a year long research project on Bread in History, so being 
able to have that back story, sets my mindset properly when I research.  I'm 
just not too sure where to start it all.  I can bake any bread like nobody's 
business, but this is such a vast project that I don't know where to start! LOL

What type of bread do you find more prevalent in your persona's area/era?

This probably goes without saying but.. you do not have to have a cook
persona to cook feast for your local group. In fact, you do not need a
persona story/history to do anything in SCA. :)
