Ok lets walk though it.  Go to http://www.yorkarchaeology.co.uk/resources/yatmag.htm

Scroll down on the page to what is referred to the previous issue.  That is the issue with a decorated metal disk on the cover and the cover says "Early Medieval Enigma"  It will also identify it as issue 18.  

Tap on the cover of the issue to bring it up.  There will be a paging symbol to the right.  Keep hitting it until you get to page 15.  The title of the article is "First take your Chicken..."

I did what you described, but I'm not seeing anything but a picture of a coupon the cover le of mannaquins, and another of a bunch of suits... Are you sure it's issue 18 and page 15?
