I dont know that I could find Taro in colorado but maybe, we do have some large 
and small Asian markets here.
and thank you for the commentary, GRIN.  always good to know the rest of the 
story.

I think I will go with the Spanish one (though I really would like the original 
spanish to include) as it is almost what I had been thinking of and then 
realized I did not have a recipe for.  I will experiment with the middle eastern 
versions once life calms down again (quit laughing :-)
