Saunders is the only edible sandalwood that I am aware of. It is a
non-aromatic variety, and is an orangy-red color. I use it as a garnish on
my gingerbrede.
Try searching for saunders among spice merchants, I bet it won't be too hard
to find.

Subject: [Sca-cooks] Foodgrade Sandlewood

I am looking for a source for foodgrade sandlewood.
Does anyone know of any?
One of the Martino Mustard recipe calls for it.
I want to make this specific mustard recipe since it also calls for Saba.
