Marcel just competed on Top Chef All Stars with some success.
I suppose this allows people to see what Molecular Gastronomy is all  
about from a safe distance.

It's not like many people can afford the 6 volume $650 Modernist  
Cuisine. It's not going to be available on any library shelves except  
in a very few collections. It may become one of those sets that people  
talk about and have never seen.

no delivery date now. Kitchen Arts and Letters says they have gone to  
reprint.)
