[Sca-cooks] eel was Sca-cooks Digest, Vol 59, Issue 7

Oh, dear.  So conger isn't going to taste as good as others?  The only eel
I've found, so far, is at a local asian market, and I'm not sure if it
labels what kind of eel it is.  How can I tell?
