That issue also has good non-food stuff about textiles, language, and
the mummies of East Central Asia. For anyone that doesn't know, this
area north of the Himalayas was home to Caucasian looking people with
light hair, that spoke Tocharian, an ancient Indo-European language.
The ground is so dry, that much is preserved that we don't usually
see from so long ago, bodies, food, baskets, textiles, etc.

The museum has a great looking exhibition, but it's nearly over.
