[Sca-cooks] It's Not Honey??

If you are in Atlantia and planning on attending Holiday Faire, in 2 weeks, my lord will be selling his bee's honey there.  It's mostly autumn olive and locust along with whatever else was blooming in our area.  


And a great way to de crystalize your honey is leave it in your hot car in the summer, works great ;)  or a hot water bath if you insist on the mundane way.

I'm sure this is a typo, but look for honey from an Apiary.  An 
Aviary is for birds.
