[Sca-cooks] Recipes for mustard oil?

Spices that are native to Europe; caraway seed, celery seed, coriander seed(?), foenugreek seed, and saffron are my best guesses.

Why specifically Indian cookery?

Mustard seed was one of the few spices the grew natively in Europe.  
Does it even grow in India?
