[Sca-cooks] Sca-cooks Digest, Vol 67, Issue 21: Recipes for mustard oil

I know that many Himalayan, Bhutanese, Indian, Pakistani modern recipes use mustard oil ...a.particular noodle "chow mein" comes to mind that I end up using lime on to kill some of the heat
