I received a card in the mail inviting me to a reception and book  
signing for Barbara Kafka's new book.
It's titled The Intolerant Gourmet: Glorious Food without Gluten and  
Lactose. It's brand new, having been just published on November 10.
I haven't seen it yet, but
I was thinking that it might be a good volume for those with food  
intolerances or with family members who suffer from gluten problems.  
Her previous cookbooks have all been good and this looks like it might  
be another winner.
