Having worked with quince before, I agree this is likely the best way to
get the juice. Quince are different from apples-- they're both harder
and have a more spongy texture.
Looking at the smart juice website, it's clearly been cooked in some
fashion to extract the juice. Quince dramatically change color when
they're cooked.
