Lol. You did. But that is why I'm glad you can bookmark site  
addresses. :-)

I assume you are asking about two different items here. Soups with  
cheese in them and soups with beer/ale in them, and not a soup that  
has both ingredients.

Here is where I would check in the Florilegium, although you may have  
already done so. It looks like other people have some suggestions on  
some period recipes and I will be looking forward to adding those to  
the appropriate files.
