I second the sushi motion. I've made the rolls wrapped in nori (can't
remember the technical name) with rice, smoked salmon and sliced pickled
ginger (available in any decent Japanese/oriental food store, we can
even get it in Fairbankss, Alaska) on and off for years and I never take
any home. Easy to make ahead and slice up the site. And no worry about
raw fish timing.
