Stefan:  This is for a project for Kingdom A&S.  I made the Dried Beef from 
the Soup for the Qan for a regional faire, and it did extremely well.  One 
of the suggestions was to do a survey of dried meats for a Kingdom entry. 
If I can put more resources together, I'd be happy to do a comprehensive 
article for you.  If not, I'd still be glad to write up something on the Qan 
beef.
