Too many unanswered questions.  Is the potato boiled, mashed, then mixed
with buttermilk, butter and chives?  Is it baked, busted open, covered in
cheese, sour cream, and basil and cayenne?  Or is it covered with dill and
olive oil, then baked?

Of course, then you must answer, how much salt?
