Greetings!  While most of the Ivan Day's blog is OOP, there are hints of 
period use, especially in a sugar paste church and the re-creation of 
some  period food art work.  If you have never "met" Ivan Day, do take a 
look at his writing.  He's one of the top food historians and actually
