[Sca-cooks] polenta

English.  Rather than all the flim-flam, why not use (Cato, IIRC) a  
period
recipe for polenta that is a demostrable method for preparing grain from
Antiquity to the Modern Eras?

I can't remember if Cato's recipe is in here, but here are some  
polenta discussion and recipes.

Iam did request something popular though, and I'm not sure that
