[Sca-cooks] Searching for a cookbook

I once owned a cookbook that was something like 500 years of
english/british cooking.  I can't remember the exact title or the author. 
What is unique about this book is that it was published under a lightly
different title and author.  The author changed her name at one point. 
She passed away fairly recently (last 2 years or maybe 3)  there were
medieval thru modern era recipes.

And it is going to drive me crazy until I figure it out.  Does any of this
sound familiar?
