I checked with my husband, a special-collections librarian who deals with this sort of thing regularly, and he says the work is well out of copyright.  You are not violating anyone's rights if you post or publish your translations of the original text.  If, however you want to post images of the facsimile, you might be advised to contact the Austrian museum, as they hold the rights to the physical item.  The essays and notes and such in the Navarrese volume would, of course be under copyright.
