is there somewhere a copy of this online, where i can scan and download one section of it?  As much as i want to get this book, I do not have a kindle, and only want one recipe right at the moment.

As many of you know, I go for lists looking for interesting forthcoming titles in cookery or history of foods.

By chance, this am I
came across an ebook titled Modernizing Markham for sale on Amazon.

It's taken from a blog located here:

The author created the blog as part of her work for a graduate degree
in Library and Information Science at the University of Iowa. So it's
a spinoff of a classroom project.
