[Sca-cooks] Weird query about an image

I am looking for an image that I am CERTAIN I have seen in a book that I own but I can't find it! 
Doesn't that just drive you CRAZY when it happens?! 

The image is of the Martino Manuscript that was sold at auction by Christies in 1974 and then disappeared. 
It is a color (IIRC) image of the front piece. 
The manuscript was a "presentation copy" of the Martino Manuscript and it had some illumination along with the text. 

If anyone has ANY clues can you please let me know.
