[Sca-cooks] Maple syrup was National Pie Day

I had to send the recipe attachment directly as it was too large.
Moderator must approve...

The recipe I used calls for maple sugar - basically maple syrup
reduced all the way to crystals. Costly, but the "tart" was well worth
it!!
