[Sca-cooks] camel's hump

I did have camel once at a feast, but I've no clue what part of the beast the meat came from. The meat is very sweet and the cook took great precautions to keep it from getting burnt ... the cooked sugars gave it a somewhat carmelized taste. It was served in a stew.
