Good guess but I would like to know the Arabic words - in reference to 
plants what is "eye" in Arabic - leaves, buds, what? What lead both 
Perry and Huici to call a part of a plant "eyes"?
David, I know you and others here worked on the "Perry" translation so 
perhaps you can answer.
I would ask Huici but he is long dead.
Finally, if you were making this recipe, which part of rue would you add 
- what is logical?
