Can't say I've ever had a French-fry log, but I've had an onion-ring loaf (and it wasn't bad!).
As for S'muffins, I'll let somebody else "enjoy" them.

Silly season has to start with something. No hot dish or Jell-o posts passing the desk but there was this one…. on summer fair foods

Or perhaps there's
Presenting S’muffins, a new breakthrough in marshmallow and graham cracker technology that involves turning your favorite campfire... okay, they’re muffin-shaped s’mores. And they’re available online now for the first time ever outside of their birthplace in LA. If you order. you get a dozen muffin-shaped concoctions made by taking thick graham-cracker crusts filled with anything from peanut butter to cookies and cream, dipping them in dark chocolate and topping them with roasted marshmallows.

Or here's something that can be made at home. A dessert I hadn't thought about in years (I suspect it went out of fashion as molten warm chocolate cakes came in) Mississippi Mud Cakes

Hope that everyone who is at Pennsic has a great time.
