Martha Carlin has added a couple to her web page that are worth bookmarking. 
One of Medieval Dutch cooking terms at

dictionary of Medieval Italian cooking terms at 
http://www.geocities.com/Vienna/Studio/3425/dizionario.htm , which is no 
longer webbed at the site but can be accessed on Wayback.

Found any other good dictionaries?
