The Ni'matnama Manuscript of the Sultans of Mandu: The Sultan's Book of Delights (Routledge Studies in South Asia)  is now out in paperback. The hardcover now sells for $200. The paperback is listed at $44.95 and was published July 13, 2012. The book is the late fifteenth-century book of the recipes of the eccentric Sultan of Mandu (Madhya Pradesh), Ghiyath Shahi, collected and added to by his son and successor, Nasir Shah.
