[Sca-cooks] Game of Throne Cook Books

My impression is that the authors are SCAdian.  (They are planning to be at
Pennsic, and have talked about other SCA events.)  It's a shame they didn't
follow through on at least a modicum of documentation, and don't know
historic time periods.  The book is on my "maybe" list, but I'm not rushing
out to buy it.

I've seen the actual book. There are original recipes listed but no
bibliography.
Also I thought it was funny that 17th century recipes get labeled as
medieval.
No list of what books they looked at for the recipes or if they looked at
other cookbooks or websites for ideas. Original recipes are credited though
as to source. It's expensive @ $35.00 unless you are a fan. I suspect we
will see people creating feasts from it just for the novelty value.
