Barbara Wheaton states in Savoring the Past 

"A Document dated 28 June 1613 mentions that he is dead."

The footnote is to: 17. Halken, "Lanceot."  page 416.

That would be a reference to Leon-E Halken. "Lancelot de Casteau". La Vie Wallonne 44 (1970) pp. 409-417. 

Moulin says "Il mourant en 1612, pieusement, disent les chroniqueurs et temoignant d'un grand repentir de ses fautes - c'etait la coutume a l'epoque. Il est enterre dans la cathedrale de Cologne." page 11.
