Why wouldn't it be kosher? Liver is liver is liver - as long as the 
blood is koshered out and the nerves removed. And believe me, a goose 
will eat as long as there is food available, greedy little beggers that 
they are. [Actually, they act like a bunch of 5 year old kids ... and 
will try to eat anything that resembles food!]
