I'm sorry I haven't responded to this but I have had to switch accounts and
some of
my gmail doesn't come in until later.

The booklet is on my lady's work computer so I won't be able to forward the
.pdf
until July.  I'll try to send it out as I can.
The recipes are modern and it is pretty much just a primer for a beginning
cook or
a quick reference for experienced cooks.  It really is just a fun little
booklet I wrote
in an afternoon.
