[Sca-cooks] Published ingredient lists (was "minor rant")

I expect anyone with a severe enough problem that what the mustard was
made with is important to mention this to me ahead of time.  I will
try to bring the packaging from any packaged food to the event, so
last minute questions like this can be answered and appropriate
decisions made.
