I love Hamilton.
I try and get things from the library first, then decide if I want to buy
them.
They don't have much historical cookery, but occasionally there are good
hits.
I got Hildegard of Bingen's Physica through them a while back.
They have 2 online sites.
One takes internet orders and charges shipping per book, the other you print
your order sheet, send a check and shipping is uniformly $3.50 regardless of
how many books, or if they have to ship in separate lots.

I did order from Edward Hamilton Books recently this book but I
haven't gotten it yet, so I don't know if it is any good.
How the States Got Their Shapes

I can't get to their website, despite them giving the address in their
catalog, I keep getting just ads but here is a description from
another site:
"Why does Oklahoma have that panhandle? Did someone make a mistake?
