All this talk about special dietary needs reminds me that I should mention again
 Barbara Kafka's 2011 book titled The Intolerant Gourmet: Glorious Food without Gluten
and Lactose. It is a good volume for those with food intolerances or with family members who suffer from gluten problems
and would work for those who need tips for modifying dishes. Her previous cookbooks have all been good and this one is another winner.
