Funny you should mention TJ's!  I just checked out the two TJ cookbooks.  One is Around the World and the other is Vegetarian.  Not all recipes list specific TJ products, but I bet you can get all of the ingredients there.
 
Avocados!  My regular shopping trip routes take me past 4 TJs and last night's dinner was avocado sandwiches.  Think I will be stopping there for more tomorrow!
