[Sca-cooks] Out of Period Question about Green tomatoes

I grow a bit of tomatoes. Tis the end of the season for me and I pulled em
and got about 30-40 lbs at least of green tomatoes. Will be canning em
except for the pesto which I will freeze. Am planning on making a pesto with
them from a recipe I like, maybe some pickles and last of all a pasta sauce.
Does anyone have a green tomato pasta sauce recipe that they particularly
like and have tried? Have one in mind but want to try one that is
recommended.

 

Have a cupboard full of piccalilli, mincemeat so don't need any more of
those.
