Greetings! Some of you may be familiar with Bombas and Parr's web site,
but if not, take a half an hour and browse through all their photos.
They are London-based and seem to specialize in jellies, but they also
put on a number of food-oriented events. This particular link
(http://www.jellymongers.co.uk/#!__jelly) will take you to a real ship
set into 55,000 liters of lime jelly!

The "Architectural Jelly" is reminiscent of jellies made during the 17th
and 18th centuries.

If you click on "projects", you will find lists of years to click on and
then a list of all the projects and displays done during that time
period. The re-creation of the banquet display for Queen Elizabeth I is
in year 2010/2, "Kennilworth [sic] Dessert Banquet". Have fun browsing!
