[Sca-cooks] Interesting find from Bib. Palatina

This is almost a burger recipe :)
My Latin is rudimentary but my translation could be:

The Scots eat it, they grill meat over coal until it's tender and they put
into bread and add some cheese and mustard and (lettuce, perhaps??)
