Not too long ago, I found a reference to a sweet in “Medieval Arab Cookery” that is pulled on a hook. However, now I can’t find it. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? If you could give me a page number or type out the reference for me, I’d appreciate it greatly. Many thanks, Ailleagan
