[Sca-cooks] A 14th c. Italian cookbook

As a result of a conversation on Facebook, I came across a webbed pdf of:

Frammento di un Libro di Cucina del sec. XIV edito nel di delle nozze 
Carducci-Gnaccarini, Bologna, Nicola Zanichelli 1887.

Is anyone familiar with this? Apparently one of its recipes shows up in 
/The Medieval Kitchen/. Has the book been translated? If not, I can see 
if my daughter is interested in it, or anyone here.
