Thinking REALLY far ahead, Known World Cooks & Bards is in Northshield 
next year, over Labor Day weekend. The site is in Wisconsin Dells.

***And it's a wet site!!!***

I am the coordinator for the cooking classes. I would like to see a focus 
track on fermented and preserved foods, especially fermented.
