[Sca-cooks] On Beyond Pretzel

It isn't braided, and more nearly a pastry than a bread, but

Para Hazer Tortillon Relleno: To Make a Stuffed Tortillon/from Libro del 
arte de cozina/

is made in a sort of spiral that ends up like a snail. It's in the 
Miscellany.
