[Sca-cooks] Early French medieval food compared to late

A number of the sources, first of all, are in Latin. Or old French. Other  
items are scattered in a wealth of archeological papers.

My draft is  richly footnoted and I hope whatever I publish will be. But 
honestly it took me  so long just to get the table up, I'm dubious about 
putting more effort into it  just yet. That time would be better served from my 
point of view deepening the  200+ pages from which it is derived.

I'll see if I can point up some of  the larger lodes. But a true 
bibliography would be many times longer than the  table itself.
