[Sca-cooks] Review of two recent books

Peter Brears' Cooking and Dining in Medieval England is a marvelous text
and well worth the investment. This reviewer seems to have missed the hardback edition which appeared in
2008. The book won the prestigious  André Simon Food Book of the Year Award in 2009.
