Stefan, 
Colcannon is a dish that contains mashed potatoes and shredded cooked
cabbage.  My version also includes sliced green onions and chopped parsley.
Nice and green.  Very tasty with some cultured butter, or Kerry Gold!
Yum.  And I still have leftovers of that.  :)
Breakfast tea is a blend of black teas, traditionally drunk with milk.
