[Sca-cooks] Buckwheat flour

I was looking on one of "those" websites and found a couple of references
to Russian cooking with "only" buckwheat flour.  Before I make a foray into
that arena, has anyone else cooked something like bread, or piecrust using
only buckwheat flour?
