[Sca-cooks] Jaelle's Bibliography

Readers may remember that it was announced in March that would be a 
Festschrift for Jaelle of Armida. 

Mistress Jaelle was well known for her "Medieval Cookbooks - An Annotated Bibliography" so I am working on
something on bibliographies for the festschrift. I thought it might be nice to include a few comments about the value of her list in the article.

I was wondering if anyone on the list has any thoughts they would care to share with me about her list.
Did it introduce you to certain books or places to research? Did it provide a source for a feast? What was the impact of the
list on your cookery research?
