Actually this work is NOT based on the far more famous German Kuchenmeisteri.

Notaker's bibliography is a very good source for straightening out these sorts of errors and I recommend it wholeheartedly. I also explained the who's and what's
in my bibliographical article.

Sorry to be brief but I am away at the moment and not at home with access to my home computer
and my library.
