I should have clarified that both Hieatt's A Gathering of Medieval English Recipes. Textes vernaculaires du moyen âge. Turnhout: Brepols, 2009 and this 2013 volume The Culinary Recipes of Medieval England are  "presenting scores of recipes that have not before been edited and documenting the heretofore unmarked existence in manuscripts of many recipes that resemble closely those in other edited collections."
